Good place with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and quick express check-in. The staff even helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I'm excited to come back for another city trip!

The room was smaller than expected and not what was shown on the picture. But overall it was okay.

Keep a closer eye on the maintenance of things like towel racks and so on that tend to be pulled out of the wall.

The staff at the Courtyard Annapolis was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were fresh and comfortable. Had a convenient location. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Naval Academy and the heart of Annapolis's historic district.
I wasn't thrilled with paying $250.00/night but it was Memorial Day weekend and it was cheaper than the hotels in the historic district.

Purchased some items from the Market. Very surprised we were charged a restaurant tax since we were not eating in restaurant but rather carrying prepackaged items to our room. Only Starbucks Coffee available. When I reserved room I forgot I had quit staying at Marriott Courtyard's because unless you make your own, no coffee but Starbucks is available. I love coffee but Starbucks way too strong.

Destiny (front desk) was incredibly helpful. The rooms was clean. Most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel in a long time. Hot tub and pool were clean and they had a lifeguard on duty.
The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor with my 80 year old mother in law. However they did give her a discount on her room for the inconvenience.

clean, clean, clean
The room I stayed in was super clean and had everything I needed, from a mini-fridge to perfect AC. The indoor pool and hot tub were such a fun way to relax after exploring the area. Plus, the staff's attention to detail.

Location. Bed. Balcony.
No room service. Food at concession area is not a substitute. No free coffee in the morning. The coffee in the room doesn't count; it's horrible. I had trouble with my key card and had to go to the front desk 3 times and the check in person acted that that was no big deal and never apologized.

The Hotel delivered what it promised at the time of booking. However, there was somebody outstanding: Candace, Trainee at the Front Desk. When we arrived, for some reason Booked.net showed 2 rooms, but actually the hotel did only have 1 room registered. She managed to solve the problem in a friendly and fluent manner. She recognized us the day after and talked to us to check if we were OK. When we left she asked were we were going. We told, Philadelphia and before we could say anything, she came back with some suggestions for dining places and must-see at the City.
standard internet speed.

The bedroom was comfortable and clean; the staff friendly and very helpful.
The bathroom didn't work for me. There is no vanity in the section with the toilet and shower which made it very difficult; no place to put items one uses getting out of the shower. And the section of the bathroom with the sink and small vanity did not have a door, giving one no privacy if sharing the room with someone with whom you are not intimate. Very awkward.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee and bedroom and TV and it was available. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.
Some of the staff were very unfriendly.
