The hotel was a great base for exploring the area around Quiet Waters Park, the town center, and Annapolis. The Wheelchair Accessible room I booked had a bedroom and a balcony, which was a nice feature. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. It was only a mile away from Firehouse Subs, a convenient spot for quick-service food.

The room was smaller than expected and not what was shown on the picture. But overall it was okay.

Great choice for a business trip with a variety of breakfast options, well-equipped and modern rooms with a comfortable bed, and a lovely pool.

The staff at the Courtyard Annapolis was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were fresh and comfortable. Had a convenient location. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Naval Academy and the heart of Annapolis's historic district.

I wasn't thrilled with paying $250.00/night but it was Memorial Day weekend and it was cheaper than the hotels in the historic district.

Keep a closer eye on the maintenance of things like towel racks and so on that tend to be pulled out of the wall.

Great room with a comfy bed 🛏️. The location couldn't have been better - super close to the marina, mall, restaurants, and shops.

Particularly Tiya at reception was extremely helpful. Great hotel and facilities.

Improved choice for Breakfast if i had to be fussy

Purchased some items from the Market. Very surprised we were charged a restaurant tax since we were not eating in restaurant but rather carrying prepackaged items to our room. Only Starbucks Coffee available. When I reserved room I forgot I had quit staying at Marriott Courtyard's because unless you make your own, no coffee but Starbucks is available. I love coffee but Starbucks way too strong.

The rooms are modern and peaceful, equipped with a comfy sofa, coffee maker, and TV. The location is convenient, being close to Annapolis, USNA, and the downtown area, making it a great value for the price.

Destiny (front desk) was incredibly helpful. The rooms was clean. Most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel in a long time. Hot tub and pool were clean and they had a lifeguard on duty.

The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor with my 80 year old mother in law. However they did give her a discount on her room for the inconvenience.

The property is nicely appointed and quiet. The location is marvelous. The rooms are neat and newly remodeled, featuring a sofa and balcony. Reasonably priced meals are available for breakfast.

No room service. Food at concession area is not a substitute. No free coffee in the morning. The coffee in the room doesn't count; it's horrible. I had trouble with my key card and had to go to the front desk 3 times and the check in person acted that that was no big deal and never apologized.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. In-house Bistro is a welcome change to dining out.

Fresh and reasonably priced meals. Spacious bathroom and well-equipped, brand-new room. Comfortable king-size bed. Magnificent location for the price, a short walk to the center of town, Annapolis, and the mall and restaurants. Nearby Ports of Call is a great place to chill out.
